Handy Pulse Laser with Dislocations and Strains
Pulling, tweaking, and damaging ligaments during sport is common in cyclists, runners or in any exercise requiring repetitive movement. But for some, it doesn't take much to cause a sprain. All you need is an unfortunate slip.
Depending on the severity of the damage, you may experience everything from day-to-night discomfort to chronic recurring pain that interferes with your quality of life. Common pain areas include your ankles, knees, elbows, shoulders, and back. Although there is always a chance that symptoms will subside quickly and stay away for good, others' healing processes can be slow and really painful.
Low-level laser therapy helps treat muscle pain and sprains as well as other common joint pain associated with dislocations, strains and overuse injuries. The light energy will stimulate the body's natural healing ability so that it begins repairing tissue damage at a cellular level. LLLT particularly
- activates tissue regeneration
- reduces inflammation
- relieves pain
- helps promote quicker recovery time for your injury
Start laser therapy on the second day after the trauma. Before beginning the treatment, ensure that bleeding is not present. If there's bleeding, don't start the treatment. The therapy can be done once daily, a total of 7-10 sessions. With a varying frequency, expose the following area for 2 minutes:
- Injury or sprain zone and maximum pain area
- Areas 5 cm from the damage zone (above, below, to the right and to the left) – 2 minutes per area
With a frequency of 50 Hz, expose areas in projection zones of major vessels closest to the fracture location for 2 minutes per side. Depending on the results, repeat courses are recommended in 3 to 4 weeks
