Returns and Refund Policy

There are no refunds for change of mind returns of items that are on sale on this website.

Restocking fees apply to items returned, due to change of mind. (non warranty returns)

After ordering your laser device online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within three working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

We understand that buying a therapeutic device is a big decision. For this reason, we allow customers to use the laser device for up to 60 days from the date of purchase to enable you to use it and assess its suitability. 

This is to celebrate our 12th year of business and applies only to orders from the 1st of January 2024.  If, after using the Handy Pulse Laser device as directed by your health professional and/or the user manual within 60 days, you are not completely satisfied with the device, Pulse Laser Relief will gladly return the entire purchase price minus shipping and handling fees. 

You must notify us by email or phone within 60 days of receipt to confirm your decision to return it. Items must be returned with all contents and packaging in original condition to receive the full refund. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. 

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Pulse Laser Relief will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

We cannot issue a refund for items used longer than the 60-day period.This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged, dropped or broken after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable and consumable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
