I was hesitant buying this, as it felt a bit hocus pocus to me. I bit the bullet and purchased hoping my money wasn't wasted. I used it mostly fir my plantar faciitis that's been with me 1.5yrs and I've tried podiatry,massage, exercises, foot sleeves, socks and even shock wave therapy about 10 sessions ..... nothing.
Told the next step was surgery.
I've been using it since ai got it and for the first time in years I can actually work without pain a decent distance. Sure, I'm not back to walking kms yet but being able to walk without pain short distances is amazing.
My husband tried it for his shoulder that has split muscles from a fall... again awaiting surgery to see them back together.... first time he was in agony for a few days, but ai talked him into trying it again after a break and now he says it appears to be possibly helping slightly, a bit less pain... his will be a slow recovery though as lots to repair.
So, so far I'm quite hopeful and impressed.

I purchased it for my dog upon recommendation from her physiotherapist. She has disc issues in her back and arthritis in her neck, which require ongoing treatment. I use it daily and can relax a bit, knowing it helps to relieve her inflammation getting her running around again. I have also used it a few times on myself when waking up with the occasional pain and had relief to get through the day, so I'm really happy with this purchase so far.

The laser holder is helpful to be hands free in most cases, or to just keep the laser in place on curved parts of the body. Sometimes it's difficult to hold the laser on your knee or on the ankle... the laser holder holds it in place.
I've had issues with ankle (severe osteoarthritis and tendinitis) for several years leading to a dependency of painkillers to manage pain. After two weeks of using this, I have noticed a significant improvement in pain and a reduction in inflammation. The use of painkillers have also decreased. It's not a cure but certainly makes life a bit easier. Definitely my "go to" when dealing with my issue.

Was using a borrowed one of these on chronic inflammation over the hip areas. Following the recommended settings and treatment length I believe it gave me temporary relief for several hours. The pain and discomfort of this chronic problem does return though so even after 1 month of treatment I am not sure that it has much reduced the pain overall. Maybe the long term chronic nature of my problem is beyond the expectations of the machine. Anyway I bought one for myself in the end because it definitely does give temporary relief if not long term. Expensive but this brand was recommended as being useful and effective. It will always come in handy to treat other aches and pains.
This cold laser devicr is the best investment I've ever made. I have been using it for 17 days for chronic migraine and the results have been gradual but a definite improvement every dsy. I have not neededd pain medication at all for the last 10 dsys and have very little pain at this stage.
Pricey but well made. The only weak point for a device of this price point is the charger could’ve been usb-c instead. Bit flimsy and custom
After being recommended by my doctor and chiropractor to use the Laser instead of having a knee operation 10 years ago, I still do not require a knee replacement. I also use the large and small probe. I prefer the small probe as I do not have to hold my hand as far away from my body, but the large probe does come in handy too... When my wife tore her hamstring and was sent to emergency she was told she’d be on crutches for six weeks, though we started using the Laser straight away and within three days she was walking quite comfortably without the crutches and was fully recovered after three weeks of continuous use of the Laser. I highly recommend this product.

Had shoulder bursitis/partial rotator cuff tear. After one treatment at multiple points on my shoulder on the 50hx setting the pain relief was immediate. I could move my shoulder again and got some improvement in motion range. Threw the voltaren in the bin coz it didn’t help much anyway, don’t need a risky steroid shot anymore! So happy! I have kept treating it for 3 days now and i am pain free! This truly is a miracle product my shoulder previously felt cracked in pieces but instantly felt whole again after one treatment! I bought the pulse laser for my husband to help with his osteoarthritis for his neck and shoulders. He’s been using it for 3 weeks and is getting relief from the pain. We bought the holder and extension straps but he finds it easier to hold the device with his hand.
I had to leave several messages to contact the company and they weren’t good at returning my calls. Chatting on the website seems to work better with contacting them.
The holder increases the usability of the unit many fold. I wouldn't be without it. It makes the unit virtually hands free.
Since misplacing my charger, Pulse Laser were very quick in getting a new one to me. I think it was delivered the next day. So glad I have it as I still haven't found the other one.
I bought this for my right shoulder (I'm right-handed) and it has been quite helpful. When I use it, I feel a tingling sensation that goes deep into the painful area.
