Universal (Anti-stress) Rehabilitation

A universal rehabilitation program (URP) focuses on improving the body's recovery from illnesses. The use of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) can be a valuable addition to a rehabilitation program. By increasing blood circulation and oxygen flow to the area, LLLT increases the speed of cell repair, improves function in damaged areas, and reduces inflammation and pain. The combination of both programs maximizes the body's ability to benefit from laser therapy by 1.5 to 2 times.

It is recommended to begin LLLT once the disease has been treated. For a period of 10-15 sessions, do one session per day. The duration of each session should last between 30 and 40 minutes maximum.

With a frequency of 50 Hz, expose the following areas for 1 minute

  • Corpus sternum

  • Epigastrium

  • Acanthus of the 7th cervical vertebra (Tubercle in the base of the neck)

With a frequency of 50 Hz, expose the following areas for 1 minute on each side

  • Hypochondrium areas

  • Infraclavicular fossae

  • Carotid arteries

  • Suboccipital pits

  • Kidneys and adrenals projection areas

  • Popliteal fossae

With a frequency of 5 Hz, expose the following areas:

  • 4th intercostal space at the left sternum edge (5 minutes)

  • Epigastrium (1 minute)

  • Kidneys and adrenals projection areas (1 minute on each side)

Note: Courses can be repeated within three to four weeks based on the effect of the initial course, as well as to sustain its effects. For the whole year, four to six laser therapy courses are allowed.

Courses may be repeated based on indications within 3 to 4 weeks (the duration of breaks and number of required repeated courses is based on dynamics and sustainability of the effect achieved).

4 to 6 laser therapy courses are permitted per year.
